COURAGEOUS OF EXPERTISE (draft #4)

Barangay San Isidro, Municipality, of Bantay,

Province of Ilocos Sur, Philippines

10/22/2022

My beloved teacher,

I'm incredibly appreciative. You excel at instructing. I will never weary of thanking you because without you, I would not be one of the good and intelligent students. In all the sessions we have had, I still comprehend everything since you teach totally and from the heart. We appreciate the wonderful experiences and lessons we have shared thus far.

I'll never forget how warmly you welcomed me into your classroom on the first day of school. Together with you, I've had fun expanding my knowledge and identifying new hobbies. Some of my fondest times have been when we have laughed together, worked diligently on tasks, and recognized one other's accomplishments. I appreciate you being a great friend and teacher. You are my source of inspiration in everything, and your presence makes me feel good within. The way you are friendly to us and keep up with our antics amazes me just as much as the material you teach. When we laugh, you join in, and the happiness on our face and hearts cannot be wiped because it is so good and you are so kind. Once more, I want to thank you for being our teacher. You showed me how much I could do if I put in the necessary work and how much I am capable of.

I am using this lesson to so many aspects of my life right now, and it is assisting me in reaching a variety of goals. This lesson has helped me in so many aspects of my life, and it is enabling me to pursue goals I never imagined were attainable. I appreciate you pushing me to accomplish my best and never giving up. Thank you for teaching me to gain new knowledge. You are very incredible my Teacher.

                                                                                                    With gratitude,

                                                                                                    Nina Althea Anicas

Dear President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos JR.,

Congratulations on your recent election to the presidency of the Philippines. In particular, we encourage you to devote energy to protecting and promoting the human rights of everyone in the country. I never write a letter to a president before, But I am glad you became our president. I always think of your successful administration. I hope that our society will be beautiful and orderly, so that our country, the Philippines, will be broad and prosperous.

I am very happy with your proposed plan regarding on our economy, agriculture, and so on. Without your successful administration, many Filipino citizens will suffer. I hope our community will be well under your leadership and we will always be grateful for what you can do or do here in our country. I have never judged your strength in the survival of our country, because I believe you can and will do it. Since you are a wonderful leader for me and for many Filipinos, I know you can accomplish it and I don't accept what they are accusing you of. But I do hope you all follow through with your intentions since everyone here, especially our underprivileged countrymen, needs assistance. I'm hoping that you will focus on solving the problems we are facing today.

As I end this letter of mine to Your Excellency, I hope that you, our president, will read this in order to have the strength to lead the Philippines' economy to prosperity. I also hope that you will inspire our compatriots who are struggling to leave the Philippines and to travel overseas. May change flourish in our nation, and may our future be comfortable. I will be impressed by what you can do for our people. Thank you President Marcos for the service you are offering us.

HER SOLITARY EXISTENCE (draft#2)

COVID-19 has been hard on all of us, and getting used to a new way of living does come with its challenges. It's been almost 2 years since COVID-19 has created unpredictable times for all of us. But a major area of life that has been significant change is education. During the pandemic, i was nervous about anything that might happen to me and my family. Everything has changed, including education because of the gust of COVID-19. Instead of going to school regularly, we have become modular distance learning and cannot leave the house unless necessary.

We have also experienced panic buying because of fear and apprehension. During my two years in the house, I also had a lot of trouble with the modern way of life. Those two years left a mark on my mind, I was always able to answer my school activities and modules, and passed them on time, but I was very stressed and pressured because of answering the modules. It's hard to entertain myself because my friends aren't there to make me happy and to bond with me, I miss them a lot because we're far from each other but we're still in contact. I and my friends are still in contact because we're having video calls. Playing Badminton and watching TikTok are my hobbies during the pandemic, Since I couldn't leave the house for several months during the epidemic and was therefore bored, I played badminton a lot. However, there are some positive effects of the pandemic, such as strengthening our bonds and making my family and I closer to each other.

These are my experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. I constantly ask God to put a stop to this epidemic because I want us to attend face-to-face lessons. Since the COVID-19 has put our capacity to face tomorrow, I am really grateful that my family and I are still capable of handling this issue. Although I'm relieved that my family was spared by COVID- 19, we must nevertheless abide by the safety precautions. And with that, I will conclude my two-year pandemic adventure.

ME, THE AUTHOR, AND I PERSONALLY (draft#1)

I am Niña Althea Ignacio Anicas, 15 years old, born in June 21, 2007, from San Isidro Bantay Ilocos Sur. I am a shy person, I always care for others opinions, i love to read a lot of books. I really enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I have a lot of friends that I can run up to, and their always by my side when I needed them.

I am the kind of person that I don't take big risks or as much as possible I don't want to take risks. My hobbies are playing sports like badminton to be specific, and I also love listening to music while I am doing house chores or doing my homework. My favorite colors are purple, black, and white. I am not consistent in other things, but I rather have a goal to pursue things that I want. I always enjoy staying at home than rather go outside because i don't want to socialize that much.

In conclusion, being myself is hard, but life must go on. I need to continue all my dreams and i need to be resilient at many challenges that i face. I don't want to accept my faults, I don't want to admit that I did something wrong, but I will make sure that I have the strength to recognize my imperfections and then change them to be better. That is what learning from your mistakes' all about. I will try to live by the saying "live and learn"..
